Purpose of the company
1. Consulting, including business organisation, in accordance with Section 136 of the Trade Regulation Act (GewO). This also includes the provision of employment services restricted to executives, provided that they can provide the necessary proof of qualification for this activity. Management consultants, including business organisers, are authorised to represent their clients before public authorities and bodies within the scope of their trade licence.
2. Engineering office (consulting engineers) in accordance with § 134 GewO for the specialist areas of mechanical engineering, electrical engineering and environmental technology. The activity includes consulting, drawing up plans, calculations and studies, carrying out investigations, checks and measurements, developing projects, supervising the execution of projects, accepting projects and checking that they have been executed in accordance with the project, including checking project-related invoices, and preparing expert reports in relevant specialist areas. Engineering offices (consulting engineers) are authorised within the scope of their trade licence to represent the client before authorities and public bodies.
