The PANEL 2050 project (3/2016 – 2/2019) is a coordination and support action (CSA) under HORIZON 2020 led by partner organisations from 11 European countries. The main project goal is to support CEE communities in the transformation to low-carbon economy by 2050 with the support of local stakeholders. CEESEN stands for „The Central and Eastern Europe Sustainable Energy Network“ and was created under this project. Different energy actors in Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) in order to face the challenges of sustainable development in CEE, should be united to a low carbon community.
