On 5th and 6th May, the second EDU4future partner meeting in presence was held in St. Pölten. ConPlusUltra as Austrian project partner welcomed 10 project partners from 5 Countries.
The Czech project partner Trexima presented the results of the comparative analysis, which was compiled from the 6 country reports and deals with the question “How are the requirements of Industry 4.0 transferred to vocational training in the different countries?
Based on this comparative analysis, recommendations from best practice examples from the various countries will be developed by the Austrian partner in a final step.
The highlight of the meeting was an excursion to the leading company Geberit in Pottenbrunn, where all questions about apprenticeship training were answered. Afterwards, the project partners were able to visit the production facilities. The participants were visibly impressed by Geberit as a best practice example of Austrian vocational training.
