Our team has been dealing with the introduction and maintenance of compliance management systems in environmental, plant and workplace safety law for years. In these fields it is particularly important to stay up-to-date and follow legal changes.
Our Legal News are provided in German language and comprise the legal changes of the last two months, which provide a basis for your the need for action. In addition, the changes are linked so that you can read the laws and / or novels more precisely. The links to the legal texts are made to the legal information system of Austria (RIS) and the EU (EUR-Lex). By means of this information, you can also keep your register of legal sources up-to-date (which is required by ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, OHSAS 18001).
ConPlusUltra Legal News is published 6 times a year and is electronically distributed in 2 versions:
Legal News basic provides an overview of changes in environmental, plant and workplace safety law.
The legal changes are briefly commented. Specific obligations for our customers are not included, but links to the according legal texts are made to the legal information system of Austria (RIS) and the EU (EUR-Lex).
Legal News advanced additionally provides changes in commercial law, which are edited on current topics by an attorney’s office.
Costs:
Legal News basic: € 413, – (excl. VAT) per year and plant site per client in Austria
Legal News advanced : € 472, – (excl. VAT) per year and plant site per client in Austria
Orders possible only per calender year.
