§ 140 GWG Inquiry

Under Section 82b of the Commercial Code, Section 134 of the Water Act, Section 19a Railway Act and Section 140 of the Gas Act, companies are required to periodically check their facilities for compliance with legal requirements. They have to report to the competent authorities in the form of a test certificate periodically, usually every 5 years. These checks must be performed in addition to the internal testing system that is part of each compliance management system. ConPlusUltra supports youand carries out the test according to § 140 GWG.
As part of the compliance audit, a collection and review of all relevant notifications of the client company takes place. In order to ensure a complete audit, it is necessary to have access to all notifications and relevant documents.

If, in the course of the review, the need for a reconciliation with the authority arises, this is organized and carried out by ConPlusUltra.

The ConPlusUltra testing experts together with the client assess on site:

  • The approval status of all plant components
  • Compliance with the requirements
  • The legal obligations of the plant from laws and regulations

Finally, the test results are summarized in a clear, easily readable test certificate, presented to the management and discussed the further procedure.

In the course of the audit, the data can be transferred to a software tool as needed and serve as the basis for the operation of a software-supported compliance management system.
