Under Section 82b of the Commercial Code, Section 134 of the Water Act, Section 19a Railway Act and Section 140 of the Gas Act, companies are required to periodically check their facilities for compliance with legal requirements. They have to report to the competent authorities in the form of a test certificate periodically, usually every 5 years.
