General Data Protection Regulation 2018 (GDPR)

To ensure compliance in data protection law, we offer (in addition to trainings in the ConPlusUltra Academy) specific services regarding the General Data Protection Regulation and the according Austrian data protection law together with the law firm Urbanek & Rudolph Rechtsanwälte OG.

These services include:

Privacy Audit

The current status of data protection is recorded and audited in the clients’ company. The aim is to collect the required documentation to demonstrate compliance and to check legal correctness and completeness. If data protection is insufficient, this will be shown, measures discussed and determined.

Process definition and organizational structure

Subsequently, the processes are defined to ensure compliance with the requirements of data protection in future as well. Setting up the organizational structures and process organization is included in our services, which are based on applicable management standards (eg ISO 19600 – Compliance Management Systems).
Process descriptions for responsibilities, processes and documentation requirements are defined and documented together with our client. At the same time, care is taken to ensure that processes are practicable and effective for the company and do not unnecessarily burden ongoing operations. Our clients are provided with an easy-to-understand list of relevant sources of law in which the derived obligations are recorded. If required, this legal register can also be integrated into existing legal databases.

Systematic legal information

Changes and new EU and national sources of law are constantly identified and evaluated for our customers. Clients receive a brief description of relevant changes by e-mail every two months. Thus no relevant change of law will be missed out. Also the documentation of the legal register is updated on a regular basis. Of course, ConPlusUltra and the law firm Urbanek & Rudolph Rechtsanwälte OG are also available for the according consulting services.

External Data Protection Officer

According to the General Data Protection Regulation a data protection officer has to be designated respectively may be designated voluntarily. The data protection officer is responsible for data protection within the company and may also be commissioned externally.
ConPlusUltra offers these services and is happy to provide your company with the external data protection officer.

Take advantage of these services from ConPlusUltra and the Urbanek & Rudolph Rechtsanwälte OG and thus ensure your compliance in data protection law.
