Monitoring and evaluation of energy programmes and projects (M&E) is a process that helps improve performance and review achieved results. Its goal is to improve current and future management of outputs, outcomes and impact. It is mainly used to assess the performance of projects, institutions and programs set up by governments, international organisations and NGOs. It establishes links between the past, present and future actions and the impact this interventions have.
Due to its vast experience in the design and implementation of sustainable energy and carbon projects, our experts are often asked to act as independent evaluators. Typical assignments are coming from agencies executing programs and projects (such as international development partners UNIDO, UNDP, ADA, GIZ) and ministries or regional government institutions (executing funding programs or other program initiatives).
We apply internationally accepted monitoring and evaluation methods and develop impact studies.
