Due to various legal requirements, companies are required to inspect their facilities on a regular basis – typically every 5 years – for conformity with the law and regulations. On the basis of § 82b Commercial Code, § 134 WRG, § 19a Railway Act and § 140 Gas Economy Act. In doing so, they must report to the competent authorities in the form of a certificate. These tests must be carried out in addition to the internal audit system, which is part of every compliance management system.
As part of the compliance review by our experts, a collection and review of all relevant notices of the client company takes place.
If, in the course of the review, the need for a reconciliation with the authority arises, then this is organized and carried out by ConPlusUltra.
The ConPlusUltra testing experts check together with the client on site:
- The approval status of all plant components
- Compliance with the requirements
- The legal obligations of the facility under laws and regulations
Finally, the test results are summarized in a clear and easy-to-read certificate, presented to the management.
As part of the audit, the data can be transferred to a software tool as needed, providing the basis for operating a software-supported compliance management system.
